Definitions:Parties to the agreement
"Buyer" is applied to the natural person who mainly acts outside his business and who, when submitting an order for Silky-Dream, makes an offer for the purchase and delivery of certain goods.
"Silky-Dream" is used in the following both for the natural or legal person who knows

Prices:
All prices are daily prices and are only valid on the day of booking. Therefore, there may be
price changes. All prices quoted are including 25% VAT and other taxes.
Payment:
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) as it is only you and PBS that can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. For purchases with Dankort or credit cards, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the item is shipped from Silky-Dream. You can never withdraw a larger amount than you have approved at the time of purchase.
The risk of accidental destruction or deterioration:
Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the possession of the Buyer, the risk that the ordered goods will be destroyed or damaged due to incidental circumstances exceeds the Buyer.
Complaint:
Silky-Dream, according to the Purchasing Act, provides 2 years' right of complaint from invoice date on fabrication and material defects (missing). This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely. Is Of course, the warranty is entitled to your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Returns:
Silky-Dream.dk gives you 365 days of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. If you regret your purchase, Silky-Dream.dk will refund the amount received once we have received the item back and checked that it meets the cancellation rules (excluding shipping costs). If you choose to undo the purchase of a product after use, you warrant any deterioration of the value of the product due to the handling of the item other than what is necessary to test it in the normal way as you would otherwise do in a physical store . It is Silky-Dream, which determines the depreciation, which is based on the difference between the purchase price of the product and the price Silky-Dream will be able to resell the product for with that deterioration.
If you use your right of withdrawal and ship a product back to Silky-Dream, you as consumer are responsible for the item during the return shipment. If the package is broken during transport or getting lost, it is your responsibility. Therefore, Silky-Dream advises you to pack the product properly before sending it back to Silky-Dream. The product must be returned in original packaging.
If you have paid with Mastercard, it may take a while before the money is in your account.
However, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to items we have marked as "specially manufactured" or "order item" as these are first taken from the manufacturer in China based on your order. This implies that we do not have the opportunity to grant a right of withdrawal on these goods, as return to the producer is associated with disproportionate costs. If we receive a message that you have regretted the purchase BEFORE we have ordered the goods from our supplier, it is of course possible to use your right of withdrawal.
We consider that you have consented to the limited right of withdrawal, if you order a product marked as "specially manufactured" or "order item" and have accepted our terms of trade when submitting your order.
The right of cancellation can only be exercised if the goods are returned in the same condition, wrapping and quantity as received. The product must therefore be left unused in the packaging you received it in, the product may not be used, altered or damaged.

The right of cancellation therefore lapses if you use the goods in a way that clearly reduces the value of the product significantly. When purchasing our goods, the original packaging is an essential part of the value of the product. Note! Goods returned to UFRANCO or upon request are refused receipt. When returning please use GLS - non alternative package distributors. As it allows to trace the product should it be lost during return shipping. You should ship the item properly packaged - together with a copy of the invoice, and please state clearly that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to receive a refund of the item's price. You can also cancel your purchase by refusing the receipt of the shipment, but still inform the store that the purchase is regretted and no longer wishes to receive the item.
These return rules apply to all items sold as distance selling to private - it does not apply to goods sold to companies.
Return of goods:
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can return the item to us within 365 days. It is assumed that the goods are returned to us in the same condition and quantity. The product must be returned in original packaging. Therefore, always return the packaging with return to ensure that the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are met. If the packaging is missing or is damaged, you should expect a significant write-down of the value of the item. The item must be shipped freely, which means that you have to pay the postage. When you return goods, you can attach a copy of the invoice.
We will refund the money or exchange the item no later than the day after the item is received on our warehouse.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. If you want a different size or color, simply return your order. You then place a new order.
