We know that silk products are popular gift wishes, and now you have the opportunity to buy any gifts in good time, without having to worry about how long they can be exchanged or returned. Because they can do that for a whole year.
Silk products must be unused with any tags and in original packaging.
How to send the return package:
- Pack the item securely (remember to enclose the return form in the package)
- It is crucially important that the original packaging is not destroyed (the item must be able to be sold again)
- Hand in the return package at the nearest DAO Package Shop.
Refund:
When we receive the item, we check it and you will be reimbursed the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase.
The purchase amount is always returned to the payment card used in connection with the purchase for security reasons.
When using Mastercard and Visa Electron, you can - according to Net's rules - up to 30 days before the money is returned, which we have no way of influencing.
NOTE:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the goods has deteriorated because
- you have actually used the item
- it has been damaged while you were in charge of it
- you have handled the goods in a different way than was necessary in order to determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which the goods work
- you have not followed the restrictions in the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc
The majority of the items in silky-dream.dk will not be able to be sold again if they have been used. If you want to be sure of being able to get your entire purchase back, the returned goods must appear in the same way as described under the 365-day right of return.
365 day right of return:
The goods must appear completely in the condition they were in when you received them from us. The goods must be returned in original packaging and original hanger/label, as we sell branded goods. The packaging has a decisive value for the overall product in relation to the possibility of resale. The packaging must not be damaged. Therefore, always remember to save the packaging until you have decided whether you want to regret the purchase.
If the goods and packaging are intact, we are happy to exchange your goods for up to 365 days after you have received them.

Complaints:
According to the Sales Act, Silky-Dream provides a 2-year right of complaint from the invoice date for manufacturing and material defects (missing). This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
If the complaint is not justified, you must cover the costs of transport yourself.
If you want to advertise a product, please contact us first, in some cases we will be able to see on the picture whether there is a claim-worthy defect or not. If we cannot see it in the picture, we will ask you to send the item to us. We will then assess whether there is a justified complaint or whether the defect is self-inflicted or wear and tear.
If we consider that there is no justified complaint, you must bear the expenses for the transport of the goods yourself.

If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with (The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, NævnenesHus, Toldboden 2 8800 Viborg, via www.forbrug.dk .) You can also use the EU Commission's online complaints portal, which, however, will mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark.
