You always have 30 days full return when you buy at our webshop. Also, even if you buy an item on offer, unless otherwise stated on the item. If you buy silk products as a gift, simply write a gift in the comments box, then we will put a swap that will allow recipients to swap the item for 30 days.

Return of goods
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can return the item to us within 30 days. It is assumed that the goods are returned to us in the same condition and quantity. The product must be returned in original packaging. The item must be shipped freely, which means that you have to pay the postage. When you return goods, you can attach a copy of the invoice. We will refund the money or exchange the item no later than the day after the item is received on our warehouse. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. If you want a different size or color, simply return your order. You then place a new order.

RETURN: If your items are paid through our webshop, the money will be returned to the card where the money has been deducted. However, we can exceptionally pay the money to your bank.
The cost of the return shipment is held by you as a customer. We recommend sending the package back with PostNord so that the package can be traced. It is your guarantee if the item does not reach us or is damaged on the way.
