Gift Services
Get the goods sent directly to the recipient. When you order, you have the option to specify a different delivery address than your own. When you do that we are not sending the invoice with the package.
We can wrap your gift nice. We put a changing stamp on the gift so that it can be exchanged until 15 January 2025. You can use the notes section to write if several items to be packed together and what should be on the to / from the card.

Christmas gifts sent by parcel
We deliver our silk products as parcels with PostNord. When we send goods such as packages, they are delivered at your door by parcel post or in the package box. On the same day, as we have delivered your package at the post office, you receive an email from us with a track and trace code so you can track your package all the way to your door.
Christmas presents can be exchanged to 15. January 2024
We exchange right up to 15 January 2025.
You have full return at Silky-Dream until 15 January 2025.
This means that you can fully regret your purchase and gifts and get your money back right up to this date. It implies that the product is not used and still in original packaging.
To exchange your Christmas present
When the withdrawal is exercised, you must pay the postage if you choose to send the product back. Upon withdrawal returned goods should be sent to Silky-Dream, Kærvej 9, Gl.Sole, 8722 Hedensted, Denmark. We recommend that you send the product back as insured package, which can be traced. Please enclose the return form - HERE - it makes the expedition easier.
The product must be accompanied by an order number and your account number so we can subsequently transfer any receivables.
You can count on up to 10 business days to receive your return amount when you send anything back.
It is alternatively possible to obtain a voucher. This is done through a one-time code that contains your full return amount. The code can be used for future purchases from Silky-Dream.dk.
