Definitions:
Parties to the Agreement
"Buyer" is used for the natural person who mainly acts outside his profession and who, by placing an order with Silky-Dream, makes an offer to purchase and deliver certain goods.
"Silky-Dream" is used in the following for both the natural or legal person who, by order confirmation, accepts the Buyer's order and sells the ordered goods, and for the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

We reserve the right to make typographical errors in descriptions, etc.
Prices
All prices are current prices and only valid on the day of the order. Therefore, they may occur.
All prices stated include 25% VAT and other taxes.
Payment
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) that only you and PBS can read. No one else sees or stores your information. When purchasing with a VisaCard, Mastercard, Paypal or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the goods are sent from Silky-Dream. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved when purchasing.
Payment methods
It is possible to pay with Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, as well as bank transfer or via Mobilepay.
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration:
Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the Buyer's possession does the risk of the ordered goods being lost or damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to the Buyer.
Uncollected Packages
Uncollected packages sent with GLS that are returned to Silky-Dream.dk will be deducted a return fee of 90 kr. The fee is equivalent to the fee that we are charged from GLS. In addition, a transaction fee of 2.5% of the order value will be charged, corresponding to our payments to NETS, Mobilepay.
Silky-Dream.dk will only refund the amount of the order when we have received the undelivered package at our address - which can take up to 2-8 business days.
Complaints
According to the Danish Sales Act, Silky-Dream provides a 2-year right of complaint from the invoice date for manufacturing and material defects (defects). This means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
If the complaint is not justified, you must bear the costs of transport yourself.
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please contact us first. In some cases, we will be able to see from the picture whether there is a defect that is subject to a complaint or not. If we cannot see it in the picture, we will ask you to send the product to us. We will then assess whether there is a justified complaint or whether the defect is self-inflicted or wear and tear.
If we assess that there is no justified complaint, you must bear the costs of transporting the product yourself.

If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with (The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Klageløsning, NævnenesHus, Toldboden 2 8800 Viborg, via www.forbrug.dk.) You can also use the EU Commission's online complaint portal, which will mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark. When you return the product, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible. The invoice must
be presented to Silky-Dream in connection with the complaint.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by COD or similar.
Remember that the product must be in its original packaging and must always be returned in proper packaging, and a receipt for shipping must be obtained so that we can refund your shipping costs.
Refund of the purchase amount If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement. We will refund the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase.

Silky-Dream.dk offers up to 365 days of full return.
We value our customer service extremely highly and provide a 365-day full return on your purchased products. The right of withdrawal takes effect from the day you receive your goods. If you choose to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is important that the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity. The goods must of course not be used and must be in the original packaging including. any tags.
Please note that free gifts received as part of a promotion must be returned if the order, after being returned, no longer meets the promotion requirements. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Promotional Terms
At Silky-Dream.dk you can receive a free gift as part of selected promotions.
The gift will be automatically added to your cart if your order meets the promotion conditions.
Please note that the gift will not be sent in the following cases:
- More gifts have been added than allowed per promotion.
- The order amount, excluding shipping, does not meet the stated conditions of the promotion.
Gift Return Policy
If all or part of the order is returned and the total amount then no longer meets the promotion criteria, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
How to send the return package:
Pack the item carefully (remember to include the return form in the package)
It is crucial that the original packaging is not damaged (the item must be resalable)
Deliver the return package to GLS.
Refund:
When we receive the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us when purchasing.
The purchase amount will always be refunded to the payment card used in connection with the purchase for security reasons.
When using Mastercard and Visa Electron, it can - according to Net's rules - take up to 30 days before the money is returned, which we have no way of influencing.
NOTE:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the goods has decreased because
- you have actually used the goods
- it has been damaged while you were responsible for it
- you have handled the goods in a way other than was necessary to be able to determine the nature, properties and the way in which they function
- you have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, type of goods, etc.
The majority of the goods in silky-dream.dk will not be able to be sold again if they have been used. If you want to be sure of being able to get your entire purchase back, the returned goods must appear in the same way as described under the 365-day return right.
365-day return right:
The goods must appear in the same condition as they were when you received them from us. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and original hanger/label, as we sell branded goods. The packaging has a decisive value for the overall product in relation to the possibility of resale. The packaging must not be damaged. Therefore, always remember to save the packaging until you have decided whether you want to cancel the purchase.
If the goods and packaging are intact, we will be happy to exchange your goods for up to 365 days after you have received them.

The personal data is registered with Silky-Dream and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
