Return conditions
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Packaging must be intact to ensure resale value.
- Return via DAO with home delivery – not to a parcel shop.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method. Please note: refunds via Mastercard or Visa Electron may take up to 30 days, according to Nets regulations.
Important notes
You may lose part or all of your refund if:
- The item has been used
- The item was damaged while in your care
- The item was handled beyond what’s necessary to assess its nature and function
- You didn’t follow the withdrawal limitations (e.g. sealed packaging)
365-day return guarantee
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in the same condition as received – with original packaging and labels. Packaging is essential for resale, so please keep it until you’re sure about your purchase.

Complaints
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year warranty for manufacturing and material defects. Depending on the case, you may receive a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time. If you report the issue within two months of discovery, it will always be considered timely. If the complaint is valid, we’ll refund your reasonable shipping costs.
If the complaint is not valid, you’ll need to cover transport costs yourself.
How to file a complaint
Contact Anette or Henrik Egsgaard first. If no solution is found, you can file a complaint with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board or the EU Online Dispute Resolution portal.

Please include a detailed description of the issue and your invoice. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. Always use secure packaging and request a shipping receipt so we can reimburse your shipping costs if applicable.
