Payment:
Credit cards
We receive payment with Dankort, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Paypal. Silky-Dream uses a payment gateway from Quickpay.
The communication with this payment solution has been tested by PBS. All card data is sent encrypted.
The amount of the goods is deducted only when the goods are shipped. There can never be a larger amount than the one approved at the time of purchase.
Bank transfer DK:
By bank transfer, we will send the goods after we have settled the payment on the account. If we have not received the money within 5 business days of the order, we will automatically cancel the order.

Shipping
All shipments from Silky-Dream are sent via PostNord. You choose whether you want to have your order send as uninsured as a letter. However, you should be aware that the letter is not insured or traceable and is sent at your own risk. If you choose letter, it can take up to five - 7 days.
The freight is calculated based on the weight, but can only be sent as a letter up to 100 grams, after that it can only be send as a trackable package.
Delivery times:
Unless otherwise stated for each item, the expected delivery time is 3 - 7 days.
Shipping to abroad:
You must not pay VAT on the goods when delivered to countries outside the EU. When you choose a non-EU country as delivery point, the VAT automatically deducts your invoice.
Shipping costs are automatically charged on your bill when you check the box and choose the delivery method and the country you wish the item to be delivered to.
