You always have 30 days full return when you buy at our webshop. Also, even if you buy an item on offer, unless otherwise stated on the item. If you buy silk products as a gift, simply write a gift in the comments box, then we will put a swap that will allow recipients to swap the item for 30 days.
Also, write in the comments box if you wish we should pack your silk products nicely.

Gift wrapping
Of course, we offer attractive gift wrapping for your silk products and attach a trade mark.
You can click on gift wrapping, select individually or all products together.
We are happy to send the gift purchase directly to the person/company that will receive your gift - however, only one shipment per order. In that case, it is important that you choose "shipping with distribution."
Swap Deadline
Both you and the recipient can send goods return, and get exchanged for something else or get the money refunded to your bank account.

We put a swap on gifts and swap for 30 after the day you will give the gift.
Please write in the remark when to give the gift so we can update the swap deadline.
Return of goods
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can return the item to us within 30 days. It is assumed that the goods are returned in original packaging and unused condition. The item must be sent free of charge, which means that you must pay the postage. We refund the money no later than the day after the item is received in our warehouse. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. If you want a different size or color, simply return your order. You then place a new order.

RETURN: If your items are paid through our webshop, the money will be returned to the card where the money has been deducted. However, we can exceptionally pay the money to your bank.
The cost of the return shipment is held by you as a customer. We recommend sending the package back with PostNord so that the package can be traced. It is your guarantee if the item does not reach us or is damaged on the way.
